How do we provide you with the information we want you to have in regards to our function?
Once you have hired Weber Event Productions, we will create an account for you in the interactive software section of our website (DJ Intelligence) using your email address. You will receive an email confirming this, as well as a link to the information section of the website. You will then be able to log on and input information 24 hours a day from anywhere on the planet!
What kind and genre of music do you usually play?
You decide the genres of music not us! Each individual person can create their own category in their reception playlist. We WILL have every song you have requested in our computer when we show up for your Big Day. Every show is different. Requests are one of the best ways to find out what it is going to take to keep everybody up and dancing. With today’s technology, Weber Event Productions can now download any request and play it live at your function. We also accept lists of songs from the Bride and Groom or any other person(s) attending the function.
Additionally, Weber Event Productions has the experience to read a crowd and determine what genre of music is needed to obtain the results expected by their customers. Our job description has always been to keep the highest percentage of the people in that room, that night, on the dance floor for as long as we can!
How much room is required for your set up? Is there anything the reception hall will need to provide the DJ to accommodate the set up?
A space approximately twelve feet wide and ten feet deep is usually sufficient. We also require one rectangular banquet table at a minimum of six feet long.
What time will the DJ set up the equipment?
We generally arrive at the venue 1-3 hours before event start time. Functions outside the immediate Evansville area require that the DJ be able to access the facility at least 3 hours before the required start time of the event.
What is involved in hiring your company? Is there a deposit required?
If you would decide to book a show, Weber Event Productions will take all the information needed to be able to construct a contract. We’ll then mail two copies of the contract to you, one for you to keep and one for you to sign and mail back with your deposit. A $200 deposit to secure services is required. Weber Event Productions accepts the following payment tenders: Money Order, and Personal Checks.
How far will you travel?
Weber Productions can perform anywhere on the face of the earth. We’ll drive or fly and make arrangements to rent the equipment needed to complete the function. If you want the best wedding reception for you and your guests Weber Event Productions should be the first and only company you call!
